Deshannon was a breath of fresh air! As I am just starting to age, I am struggling through this age of new technology. Not only is Deshannon efficient, but she is also human. She was very empathetic and encouraging. She was very proactive on my behalf, keeping all parties on the same page.  I will miss her calls because I got used to her virtual sunny smiles and hugs. I'm very grateful to be assisted by such a genuinely kind health professional!
