Derek has always helped me, and he doesn't mind taking the time to train me since I am from another department. He keeps his patients first and does everything the best way he knows how! (Which is amazing!) Everyone on this CCU is phenomenal! They are all well driven while working alongside one another. Even if I had to "sit", I've watched patients make remarkable progress while working in this department. While everyone is amazing, Derek has always made sure his entire team is set for the day and does not mind helping when needed.
