It is always an amazing pleasure working with DeMarcus. I notice that one of my hospice patients has him as their nurse and I can rest assured knowing they will be well taken care of, and comfortable. Hospice patients can be very difficult and emotional; however, Dee constantly handles it with grace. On multiple occasions I have personally witnessed him interacting with patients, most of whom are unresponsive, and every time he treats them with dignity and respect. He ensures medications are provided in a prompt and effective manner and prioritizes the patient's comfort during their difficult transition. I know the hospice team; patients and their families are extremely thankful to have Dee there to hold their hand through this process.
