Delia is a self-directed and highly motivated nurse who volunteered to be a trainer to new nurses on her team. She is a leader on her team and exemplifies the UHS standard by always treating all of our patients with the utmost respect, professionalism and courtesy. Delia comes to work every day with the same enthusiasm as on her first day and always presents with a positive and cheerful attitude towards her work.
