I had a wound that needed packing after discharge from the hospital. Dee made recommendations for wound care and offered me her cell phone number so I could contact her if any problems arose outside of hospital hours. She even offered to stop by my home (we both live in the country) if I needed help and couldn’t make it in during an expected snowstorm.

Her calm and reassuring demeanor really put me at ease. I felt comfortable going home with the wound, knowing that she was my backup person. She followed up with me as an outpatient until the wound was completely healed. Dee went above and beyond to ensure quality care with compassion.
