My husband suffered a heart attack while driving a semi-truck. He was transported via ambulance to a hospital near the incident, however, they were unable to treat him and ultimately moved him to Saint Luke's North. That's where we met Debbie. Her bubbly personality was very calming in a stressful situation. She was attentive, patient and extremely thorough. She stayed with us and went out of her way to make me comfortable. She even called the cafeteria to make sure I had something to eat after they were closed. Debbie exemplifies all the positive attributes of a great nurse. Her bedside manner, compassion, empathy, and efficiency make her a true DAISY Nurse.
