I am a larger-size woman, and Dawn Sbalcio made what could have been an embarrassing situation for me—from weighing in to dressing in the gown—comfortable and a non-issue. She checked on me several times while I waited for my turn to have my procedure done, making sure I was comfortable and asking if I needed anything.
