Dawn always delivers outstanding care, and on the day of my transfer was no exception. She is always so enthusiastic about her job. She always makes my husband and me feel so at ease before, during, and after any treatment we have had. She truly is amazing! She always makes you feel at ease and is always so bubbly; it's infectious!

This was the 6th transfer I've had, and by far she's been the most gentle person I've had, and she managed to eliminate any apprehension we had at the time. She's truly in her element when she's doing a transfer. She could see how nervous I was and kept me laughing when it was appropriate. It's true, like they said, it looked like a shooting star when they did the transfer, but my husband and I truly felt like we were in the presence of a star! We are always so grateful for everything everyone does for us at the clinic.

Whatever the outcome, we appreciate everyone's efforts! We just felt that Dawn should be recognised for the things she does. I honestly don't think that she is aware of how much she helps people with the little things she does or says. The upbeat, positive, bubbly personality helps you stay hopeful and believe you can do this, whatever the outcome.
