His passion for nursing was second to none. He absolutely enjoys the life-saving work he does. His upbeat attitude reassured my family through this difficult time. He truly cared not only about the health of my son and his family but also his well-being. The empathy Dave showed was comforting. Dave absolutely earned my family's trust. His expertise and job knowledge gave me full confidence in the care my son was receiving. Dave would have been successful at whatever career he chose. Fortunately for my family, he chose a career in nursing. I am glad he chose ORMC's Trauma ICU. Anyone who chooses a career in nursing must have a genuine love for their patients.
