Danya is one of the best nurses! She is calm, understanding, patient, and strives for excellence.
While our son L is recovering from his third surgery she has continued to advocate on his behalf.
L had Danya Day 2 and 3 of coming out of the ICU and gave him the most attentive attention, verifying everything and advocating for him if there were any concerns.
She has educated us as parents to understand pain management and based on L's condition and where he was at in the recovery process. Having a nurse on your side as an advocator who also strives for excellence makes your stay a lot less stressful.
Danya connected with us as parents and got to know L as best she could when she was caring for him. On day 11 when she returned to care for him, she was able to jump right in and was ecstatic for his progress.
When she returned to care for him, she verified the information that was provided and I was able to correct some of the misinformation that was given to make the day go better.
We are so thankful for Danya and the care she has provided for L. We can't say enough positive things about her and she truly is an MVP!
