She truly made our experience at Abben so much more relaxing and easier to deal with during this journey that my husband was forced to go through. She always went above and beyond to answer questions. If we asked something and she needed to check on it, she would always get back to us in a very timely manner. We both experienced being very comfortable in her care. At Abben, in one’s situation, she definitely has all of the special qualities to do her job at her best! What a caring and loving employee!
