Danielle is a highly educated nurse who is always happy to help and is very understanding of others. She doesn’t take shortcuts and works hard to help her patients. She is willing to speak up and advocate, not just for her patients, but also for so many of the new staff who can’t or don’t. She has a fun attitude that takes some of the stress off and makes hard days a little better. I can also always count on her to be there to listen and support me. So thankful to work with her!

No matter what day I work with Danielle, I know the patients in our unit will be taken care of. One specific day, both of us were floated to CCOU. Her patient passed away. She told me I should prepare to clean this patient. I was nervous, but with her help, it was seamless and made me feel so confident in helping this patient look nice for their family.
