Danielle is a highly skilled PANDA transport nurse who has excelled in her role since joining the team. As a certified transport nurse, she provides expert care to the most critical pediatric and neonatal patients, delivering life-saving interventions in the back of an ambulance under high-pressure conditions. Beyond her clinical expertise, Danielle remains a positive force and a leader on the team, always looking out for her colleagues, patients, and their families. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the PANDA transport team.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Danielle is dedicated to continuous growth and development. Recently, she has taken the lead on all PR commitments for PANDA, ensuring the team’s presence at numerous community events. During the summer, these events can occur every weekend, including Touch a Truck, Troy Daze, safety events, and many others. She took the initiative to lead these efforts, demonstrating her commitment to both public outreach and the mission of PANDA.

In addition to her PR leadership, Danielle worked closely with the CNO to develop and reintroduce the SWAT role. Bringing back this program has been a huge success, benefiting patients and families across all units. She has played a vital role in ensuring its continued success through audits and the orientation of nurses to the role.

And if that weren’t enough, Danielle is now the official PNC Chair—an incredible achievement on top of everything she already does! Wow, what a year! And this is all in addition to the demanding work required as part of PANDA. Her leadership, dedication, and passion make her an invaluable asset to the team, the hospital, and the patients she serves.
