Danielle has been very compassionate and caring during the time I have spent in the ED. It has been a breath of fresh air to have a nurse take her time to answer my questions and not complain when I ask her for things. She is always smiling, which makes such a difference for someone who is not feeling well or unhappy they ended up in the ER.
