My niece woke up from her first surgery- gastric sleeve- in excruciating pain, and Danielle Garcia-Gonzales remained calm, reassured her, and quickly resolved the situation. Danielle made sure she was stabilized, reassured her as she cried, and helped her understand what recovery would be like. Danielle even came to check on her before she left for the day. Danielle further reassured her that she looked much better and would be feeling better soon. She has been a tremendous comfort to my niece on a tough day. She's very deserving of special recognition.
