Danielle Dombkowski is a deserving recipient of the DAISY Nursing Leader Award for her dedication, leadership, and commitment to education and patient care throughout her career, and as one of her colleagues stated, “the epitome of clinical excellence and compassionate leadership”. Since joining the organization in 2013 as a pediatric floor nurse, she has continually grown within the hospital, serving as a Clinical Educator, CC, and now as the instructor and coordinator for the CNA Academy within the Center of Nursing Excellence. Danielle consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to patient care while also mentoring and supporting countless staff members throughout their careers. Her ability to educate, inspire, and lead by example has created a lasting impact across the organization.
