When I arrived at the hospital, I was a little anxious, and Danielle picked up on this immediately and started working to calm me down with a pleasant personality. Throughout the prep, her inner workings with the anesthesiologist, doctor, nurses, and physician's assistant were impressive. They’re all extremely professional and very upbeat and positive.
There was a glitch with my preadmission testing lab work that they were able to resolve quickly without anything but a minimal delay. When I was in recovery from the procedure, I was dreading the 2-3 hours I was going to have to be in there. Danielle, in conversation, made the time go by quickly. She had a couple of other patients, and she never stopped moving and never failed to bring me something to keep me more comfortable, such as warm blankets.
My wife, being in the medical field, was very impressed with her. It was very touching that in the span of 10 hours, we had such a great relationship. At discharge, we hugged!

I arrived at the Cath lab to receive an ablation for atrial flutter. Danielle was the nurse assigned to get me prepped for the procedure. Not only was she very professional in everything she did, but she also had a genuine, easy-going demeanor, which kept me as calm as possible. After the procedure, she was again very attentive to me. She noticed some blood on the surgical dressings, so she replaced the dressing and put pressure on the wound to stop any minor bleeding. She made what was not a great day for me into a day I will remember fondly.

On behalf of my son and I we would like to nominate Danielle Brown for her amazing kind way she attended to him after he came out of his procedure. She was so kind, she kept checking on him every 15 minutes. She took time to talk to both of us. Checking to see if he needed anything. My son was so pleased with her taking care of him.
