Upon arrival with my three-year-old, who was experiencing high fever, cough, and grunting when breathing, I was greeted by Danelle. She had a calm demeanor and approached my daughter in a caring way that prompted her to feel comfortable as she began crying to go home. She explained everything to her to help her feel comfortable, took the time to connect with her, and answered all my anxious mom questions. She went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable and acknowledged, and she embraced my concerns for my daughter. She helped make an anxiety-provoking situation a little less scary, which is so important. I am very grateful.
