Daisy Scoggin, RN

My father was on comfort care for about a week. Daisy Scoggin was his nurse on at least 3 days. It was a different time for my mom and me, and Daisy was comforting and compassionate with all of us. Her demeanor is calm and supportive through all the chaos of illness and death. I appreciate Daisy’s professionalism and compassion. As a nursing instructor, I strive to guide students to be like Daisy.

I have so much gratitude for Daisy. She made a very difficult time a little more manageable, and I will never forget her attention, kindness, and excellence.
