Cynthia was kind and understanding of my fears and questions. I was in ICU for flat lining 4 times. My stay in ICU was 13 days. Her shift, either day or night, gave me comfort and reassurance. She was there for my well-being and me. Her baths and rub downs were outstanding and did help my back. She had patience with me and made me feel like I was the only person in the hospital. We had to change my drip bag needle often. She did a great job of replacing it. My veins are thin and are hard to find. She did the best and even when drawing blood, she never missed. I also have a pacemaker and have a hard time laying on my back. She placed a pillow on my back so that I could rest easy. She made my stay (almost) great!
