Crystal was a new Traveler when she entrusted me to send her hours away from home here in Ohio to a NICU position out in Boston, MA. She ended up extending multiple times and loving her experience out there. Throughout her time in Boston, Crystal has made a lasting impact on so many patients and their families. Crystal shared with me that she has kept in touch with several families since their child left the NICU. She has specifically stayed in touch with one family for whom she was the primary care RN and is staying a week past her contract end date to meet up with the family and spend time together to check in for the child's 1st Birthday. This shows the kind of RN & person Crystal is. She has demonstrated outstanding commitment to patient care and made a profound difference in the life of a child and their family while still maintaining exceptional clinical skills. I plan on working with Crystal in the future and can't wait to get her to another facility where she can continue to thrive.
