My sister was flying in to visit our mother for the holiday. She became ill in the Detroit airport while attempting to make her connecting flight. She was traveling alone with her child when she was brought to Corewell Health Wayne, where she was found to be having a stroke. Crystal was her nurse on her first full day, This was a very scary time for our family as we live out of state and are not familiar with the area. Crystal came in to introduce herself. She was warm, inviting, and friendly. She made my sister feel safe and well taken care of, she tended to any need we had, and explained each step of the day and what to expect. She let us know how she was, so happy to see my sister doing so well post TNK administration, as she had checked on her the evening before.
