When I was treated for my CHS, I came into Pigeons ER twice, and both times, Crystal was the most patient and amazing nurse I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Because of Crystal's sweet smile and positive attitude, it certainly helped to ease me into the situation I was in. She listened to me and spoke to me like a caring mother, making sure I had everything I needed. Making sure I knew where the remote was, how to turn off the light if I wanted to, and how to turn on music. She went way above and beyond, and I am forever grateful for her kindness. From now on, if I ever have to go to the Emergency Room again, I will be going to Schuerer in Pigeon because of their top-notch caring team of nurses and doctors. 11/10 couldn’t have done a better job because they were amazing.

My nurse, Crystal, was also very friendly and kind, checking on me several times to ensure I was doing okay and if I needed anything. She was very welcoming and helpful, also she got me a warm blanket when I was cold and kept me informed on what was happening with my treatment.
