I am writing this to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for the exceptional care provided by this nurse during my recent treatment at Mountain View Hospital. As a patient navigating a very challenging and long health journey, I have encountered many healthcare professionals and treatments over the years. However, this nurse’s dedication to her skill and compassion stands out as truly remarkable, far exceeding anything I could have anticipated or experienced.

From the moment she joined my care team, Cristina's expertise as a registered nurse shone through every interaction. She has demonstrated an unparalleled mastery of clinical skills, from meticulously managing my treatments to anticipating potential complications with proactive precision.

What further set her apart, however, was her unwavering compassion and care for others’ needs in a field where empathy can sometimes be an afterthought or secondary to procedure. She treated me not just as a patient but as a whole person with dignity, respect, kindness, and genuine concern for my emotional well-being during such a difficult time.

She took the time to listen and explain complex medical information in a clear and reassuring way. Even offered a small gesture of kindness and comfort to fully get me through this process. I was further impressed to see this nurse act in all these manners with every person and patient interaction, even when some of those patients would have been hard to do so if I were in her position.

She went above and beyond in ways that profoundly impacted my recovery. Her additional initiative to coordinate additional resources, advocating for needs with broader teams, and seamlessly did this to perfection. Her level of commitment is few and far between.

It is nurses like her who embody the heart and soul of healthcare. She needs to be honored!
