The first time I met this nurse, I immediately noticed how fast and efficient she was in everything she did. She is quiet and calm, yet she is always able to handle patients’ questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.

There are times when the clinic becomes very busy, with patients coming and going, asking about their turn, looking for the physician, or needing assistance. Despite the constant demands, she remains composed and manages everything remarkably well. She performs her duties efficiently and with confidence.

I also came to see how kind, caring, and helpful she is, especially during my visits before and after my operation in July 2026. I know this recognition may be a little late, but I still wanted to take the time to share my thoughts and appreciation.

For me, she is truly dedicated to her work and to her patients. She clearly loves being a nurse and genuinely cares about attending to everyone’s needs. She makes sure that the doctors’ instructions are properly followed and that patients receive the care and attention they need. She is very attentive, responsible, and always demonstrates great presence of mind, even in complicated and challenging situations.

I would like to sincerely thank her for taking such good care of me during my visits, especially before and after my operation. Her kindness, dedication, and professionalism made a meaningful difference in my experience as a patient.

For these reasons, I am very happy to nominate and recommend her for the DAISY Award. She truly deserves to be recognized for the compassionate and dedicated care she provides to her patients.
