I was hospitalized the first week of January 2025. There was a major snow and ice storm in the area, and the hospital was experiencing many call-offs. Cristin was the charge nurse and my assigned nurse for the day. She never made me feel rushed or that there wasn’t enough staff.
She checked in on me often and advocated for me.

She was kind and genuine and demonstrated that she truly loved her career. My husband was staying with me, and she noticed that he was struggling to get comfortable in the recliner. She offered to get him a bed and did it quickly and with a smile. This act of kindness was huge and showed that she not only gave me top-notch care but also did the same for my husband.
