Words can not really explain the excellent treatment I received from Crissie. As a nurse, she is awesome with excellent nursing skills and people skills. Her knowledge is tremendous.

She was very informative on any of the questions my family and I had about medications and care; she explained everything in terms we could understand. She made a very difficult time into a calm and doable atmosphere. Her caring and joyous personality made my stay pleasant, and I knew I was in caring and capable hands. I saw as a charge nurse her ability to do just that, “take care” in a professional yet caring way, with all staff ensuring each patient was well cared for.

If all nurses were like her, hospital visits would be much more tolerable for all patients. I was very impressed with all aspects of her skills, but also her ability to deal with patients and staff in a positive way! She certainly made a lasting imprint on my life. I felt she treated me as she would have treated her own mother or family member.

She is certainly a credit to HMH. You are blessed to have such a happy, caring, knowledgeable lady on your staff. Nurses like her are one in a million.
