I'd like to give a compliment to Cris Valconcha, who was an ER nurse attending to my wife at SSF Kaiser. Despite the scary circumstances of what brought us to the ER, Cris immediately put us at ease. He was attentive, kind, caring, competent, and compassionate in our time of need. He absolutely made a stressful experience into one that we felt we could handle because of his skill and care.

Instead of looking back at that time filled with fear and uncertainty, I remember what excellent service, support, and friendly and affirming care we received from Cris. I can't imagine a nurse better suited to the ER than Cris. He was calm under pressure, and we felt like we were in the best hands possible under his care. He answered questions clearly and promptly and was there to provide support as needed.

I would like Cris and his manager to know how much our interaction meant to us and what an exceptional employee you have in Cris. He is a true benefit to Kaiser.
