Cresta Ramos, BSN, RN, SCRN

Cresta, from the first day she was my family member's nurse, her compassion and kindness above and beyond were apparent. She kept me informed as to my family member's progress, or at one time, decline. She didn't hesitate to express her concern as well and spent extra time troubleshooting with another nurse and the doctors as to how to help. She worked with my loved one with music, playing karaoke, finding out her favorite artist "Jelly Roll," and got her to speak/read some words after her not being cognizant or able to connect or speak for a couple of days. That really meant so much to me. Every time she engaged with my family member, she got her to smile and talk. Most importantly, her main concern was always keeping her comfortable, to the best of her ability. She is truly an angel!
