Courtney Zoiti, RN

I arrived for knee replacement surgery and I was introduced to Courtney who prepped me for the surgery. I was very anxious and nervous. She was genuinely concerned about my apprehension and very attentive to talking to me in a manner that really eased my mind. Her overall demeanor was just so pleasant and understanding. She just did everything she could to make me feel better. Courtney shines out like a shining star.
