I want to express my appreciation for your exceptional dedication to your staff and our patients and their family members. Your commitment to providing dignity, compassion, respect, and love never goes unnoticed. 

You always jump in wherever needed, whether working the floor as a tech, taking on a full team of patients, giving encouraging words to family members at their most vulnerable times, crying with your staff when a patient loses their battle, or calling and checking on your staff after a difficult shift. When the unit is on fire, you are always there to help extinguish the flames day or night. You make sure to go that extra mile for your patients, their families, and your staff to make sure we have everything we need, even if that means you have to stay at work late. 

Your ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively communicate with patients and collaborate with your fellow nurses, techs, physicians, and all other staff makes a significant impact every day.
