Courtney is the mother of the unit. She has been instrumental in professionally developing countless novice RNs. Staff lean on her expertise.

Courtney sees the big picture. She supports the entire Women and Children’s building and advocates for all of our patients. Courtney is a patient safety expert. She will go up the chain of command because she is not afraid to have tough conversations with providers.

Courtney holds a specialty certificate in Inpatient Obstetrics. She also helps teach fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation. Our quality, staff, and patient satisfaction are better because of Courtney!
