Cortney’s unwavering commitment has helped enroll nearly half of her veteran patients who might have otherwise fallen through the cracks due to transportation challenges.
I would like to reconize Cortney for her outstanding dedication and commitment to her veterans. Over the past year, she has worked closely with VA Bene Travel Transportation Service to ensure that her veteran patients receive their ketamine treatments. Cortney’s unwavering commitment has helped enroll nearly half of her veteran patients who might have otherwise fallen through the cracks due to transportation challenges.
Throughout this process, Cortney demonstrated “Compassion & Empathy” by showing genuine concern and caring in action, consistently advocating for her patient’s needs. Her efforts built “Trust & Respect” as she fostered strong, ethical relationships with veterans and transportation providers alike, ensuring open, respectful communication.
Cortney exemplified “Teamwork” by collaborating effectively with multiple entities, coordinating efforts seamlessly to overcome logistical barriers. Her dedication to “Clinical Excellence” was evident in her high standards of practice, persistently seeking solutions to ensure timely treatment for her patients.
