I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for Nurse Cornelia, who showed exceptional care and compassion during my recent surgery, as well as during a previous experience with my mother.

When I arrived in the pre-op area for my surgery, Cornelia came to my side even though it wasn’t her assigned area. Her presence was calming and reassuring. She treated me with warmth and kindness and took a moment to conduct a heartfelt prayer for my safety and recovery. That prayer touched my heart deeply and gave me peace before going into surgery.

Cornelia told me her duty was scheduled to end at 4:30 PM, but she had already made arrangements to extend her shift just to be there for me during those critical first hours after surgery. She even rescheduled her personal appointment after work to ensure I was well cared for post-op. Her dedication to going the extra mile gave me immense comfort and reassurance.

The day after my surgery, Cornelia visited me again in my room before discharge. She took another moment to say a heartfelt prayer for my continued healing and recovery. During that vulnerable time, she truly felt like a second mom, offering not just medical care but genuine love and support.

This is not the first time Cornelia has made a lasting impact on my family. I first met her when she cared for my mother during her own recovery. The compassion and professionalism she showed then left a deep impression on me, and having her care for me now has been a tremendous blessing.

 She is truly an angel in scrubs; compassionate, selfless, dedicated, and full of grace.
