Constance has been the backbone of our team! She consistently goes above and beyond the expectations of her position, working in whatever capacity is needed. And always with a smile and a song. No matter what she puts her hand to, those she cares for feel loved, respected, and safe!

Most recently, she stayed over after working a 12-hour shift because we were short on nights, allowing her coworkers to get through the heavy bedtime med pass without being overwhelmed, assuring both her patients and coworkers were well taken care of. This is only one example of the numerous times she has demonstrated the true meaning of what it means to be a caregiver.
