Connie Zornes, RN

I had a total knee replacement, and I must say that EVERYONE at the hospital was so kind to me. I had no idea how I would feel or do after my surgery. I was apprehensive to have the operation and waited too long to schedule it. I had been in pain for 10 years. When I was brought to my room, I didn’t know what to expect. Then in walked my “Angel,” Nurse Connie. She immediately put my mind at ease and took the time to talk to me and let me know that everything would be fine. I didn’t have to ask for anything. Connie brought me everything I needed before I even asked. If ever a person is in the right profession, it is indeed Connie. She was a blessing to me and a shining star for Mercy Health! When I see her in the lobby, I call her my “Favorite Nurse!” She just smiles because that is how humble she is. Thank you for letting me tell my story. God Bless!
