Clinton always makes the time despite being pulled in multiple directions / juggling many duties at once.
Mr. Clinton Gadson is an exceptional nurse. He is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable, and always assists others when needed. He is a perfect example of one who demonstrates the ICARE model of health and hospitals. Despite the difficulties and challenges of nursing, he is always willing to help his colleagues and provide support to residents.

Mr. Clinton is so helpful and willing to do whatever is asked of him. There's no job that's beneath him to do. So many days he missed his lunch trying to meet the needs of residents.

Mr. Gadson went out of his way to help me several times. He always asks if there is anything he can do. He stays late to help the CNAs and to finish paperwork, even if it was assigned to another nurse. He goes above and beyond every day.

I can’t even count on all my fingers the number of times Mr. Clinton has jumped in and helped us therapists with anything and everything when it comes to coordinating patient care for therapy, out of bed to wheelchair, endorsements for splints, or ADLs or wheelchairs. Clinton always makes the time despite being pulled in multiple directions / juggling many duties at once. With a Resident of the 5th-floor nursing facility, Clinton assisted me in attending the wheelchair endorsement for the resident, as well as getting other staff to attend. I can always go to Clinton with any concerns, and he will assist every time. With my other residents on the 5th floor, Clinton has helped many times to make sure the residents are ready for therapy. A previous resident on therapy on the 5th floor with involved family - this resident had multiple splints and wheelchair positioning endorsed to nursing. Clinton took his time multiple times in the week to don the patients' splints, and he took his time learning how to don them/teaching the rest of the unit staff how to don them. When it came to getting the resident out of bed, Clinton would always step in to be my second person to transfer him to a wheelchair. Clinton is the definition of going above and beyond. He is incredibly kind, patient, and caring. He takes everything in stride. Clinton is a true leader!! He is an absolute pleasure to work with! We are very fortunate to have him as part of the Carter team. Thank you, Clinton!
