Claudina seemed unfazed by any of my requests. She changed my bedding, gown, and helped me wash - all with a gentle smile. She offered and combed my hair into a fresh bun and said, 'It is how I would want my mother taken care of. These words brought me to tears.
I think the world would be a better place if all health personnel were like the staff here at Saint Agnes. I truly felt like I was in the very best hands! Thank you so much!
