Quisiera nominar en los Premios D a una de las jefas de área, a quien muy pocas veces se logra reconocer y dar valor a su trabajo continuo, quien muchas veces sabe conjugar la labor de madre y mujer, con grandes roles de líder que representa para una institución de prestigio como la nuestra.

Para mí Claudia es un referente de constante preocupación por su personal a cargo, no solo exige, sino que siempre está presente y con una sola mirada nos reconoce cuando necesitamos una mano de apoyo, en cualquier situación que se requiera, sin perder de vista su lado profesional y tampoco humano.

Se valora enormemente que sepa creer y delegar responsabilidades en sus equipos, ya que sin creer, no se daría espacio a nuevos talentos dentro de la institución. Nunca voy a olvidar que ella me ayudó a volver a avanzar y a no quedarme detenida en el tiempo ni en las circunstancias, porque fue capaz de creer en mí y en mis valores. Un líder no es el que se preocupa sólo por crecer él mismo, sino quien es capaz de ser compasivo y solidario con sus conocimientos, ser auténtico y seguro de sí y saber entregarlos desinteresadamente a quienes están siguiendo su tránsito por esta profesión.​

Como alguna vez lo conversamos, “Los grandes edificios se forman de grandes pilares”, ella es uno sin lugar a dudas. Gracias por creer en mí, por creer en nuestro equipo y saber perseverar siempre que se necesita y también darle un sentido positivo a todo. Confío en que pueda seguir creciendo aún más en lo profesional y que tenga plena certeza de que es un referente para muchas de nosotras. Deseo que cada uno de sus días sea un sueño hecho realidad.​

I would like to nominate one of our area managers for the Daisy Awards, as it is very rare that we get the opportunity to recognize and truly value the continuous work she does. She is someone who, many times, knows how to balance the responsibilities of being a mother and a woman with the significant leadership roles she represents within a prestigious institution like ours.

For me, Claudia is a true example of constant dedication and concern for her team. She not only sets expectations but is always present, and with just one look, she recognizes when we need support or a helping hand in any situation that may arise, without ever losing sight of both her professional and human side.

It is deeply appreciated that she believes in and delegates responsibilities to her teams, because without that trust, there would be no opportunity for new talent to grow within the institution. I will never forget how she helped me move forward again and not remain stuck in time or circumstances, because she was able to believe in me and in my values.

A leader is not someone who only focuses on their own growth, but someone who is capable of being compassionate and supportive through their knowledge, who is authentic and confident in themselves, and who knows how to selflessly share that knowledge with those of us who are following their path in this profession.

As we once discussed, “Great buildings are made of great pillars,” and she is undoubtedly one of them. Thank you for believing in me, for believing in our team, for always knowing how to persevere when it is needed, and for bringing a positive perspective to everything.

I trust that she will continue to grow even further professionally and that she knows with complete certainty that she is a role model for many of us. I wish that each and every one of her days is a dream come true.
