With the hospital's computer server down, I began feeling as if I were managing my own health care. That was until a nurse tech took the time to ask how I was doing and then listened to my concerns. She promptly left the room and got another nurse tech, who again clarified with me what my concerns were. They went to get Claudia Boudreaux.

By now, I had not received my home meds to maintain my chronic health issues, and my IV antibiotics were off schedule. Claudia assured me that she would get all of my concerns addressed. She took the initiative to get my home meds started and get my antibiotics back on schedule.

From that moment on, I began to receive the attention and care that I needed to put my mind at ease that I was truly receiving excellent care. I was grateful to these young ladies for intervening on my behalf. They saw an opportunity and resolved the issues.
