In a world of understaffing, chaos, and being pulled in different directions... Cinthya really stands out. As a business owner, I managed over 3,680 staff, and the one thing that stands out is CARE! No matter how good people are at following rules and doing their job, there is a difference between going through the motions like a robot vs. someone who cares. Human, compassionate care makes all the difference. Many "experienced" staff have become familiar with the routine and getting things done, but don't have the caring touch or spend the time to stop/listen to details from the patient/family to know the particulars about how to better navigate the patient's personal needs and achieve results in a more caring way.
