Cinnamon provided care that went far beyond physical treatment. She offered emotional presence, reassurance, and unwavering support.
Cinnamon provided extraordinary, compassionate nursing care that had a profound and lasting impact on me during one of the most vulnerable and traumatic moments of my life.
I came to the hospital emotionally overwhelmed, frightened, and carrying an immense amount of fear and self-blame. I did not feel safe or in control, and I felt exposed and broken. Being there took every ounce of strength I had left.
From the moment Cinnamon entered the room, she created a sense of safety and calm. She did not see me as a task or a diagnosis. She saw me as a human being who was deeply struggling. She spoke to me gently, treated me with patience, and never rushed me or minimized my emotions. She consistently respected my boundaries and allowed me to move at my own pace, restoring a sense of control when I needed it most.
Cinnamon provided care that went far beyond physical treatment. She offered emotional presence, reassurance, and unwavering support. She took the time to listen, to check in on my comfort, and to make sure I felt heard and believed. Her compassion was constant and genuine.
One of the most meaningful moments of my experience was when Cinnamon told me that what I was going through was not my fault. Those words lifted an overwhelming burden of shame and self-blame that I had been carrying. Hearing that from a nurse who truly cared and believed in me helped ground me during a moment of intense emotional distress.
Cinnamon gave me exceptional moral support when I needed it most. She treated me with dignity when I felt stripped of it. She helped steady me when I felt like I was falling apart. Because of her, I felt supported, believed, and less alone.
