First of all, she tracked me down to meet me instead of checking my empty room and saying to forget it.  It speaks volumes that a unit director is actually talking to the patients!

She was confident in her staff and graceful with my compliments of them.  I appreciated the time taken to make sure my expectations/needs were met.  She went beyond to give me more information about my new medication.  Very comforting.
