Like anyone would be, I was really worried about my husband’s care, and CiCi made me so at ease. She took such good care of my husband. Also, I was not the patient, but she was so helpful to me. She made me feel like my husband was safe with him in her care. She is so caring, professional, and great at her job. No matter how busy she got, she never forgot about us. You can truly see she loves her job and how good at it she really is. I never really cared for hospitals and doctors, but she made me look at things a little differently. 

CiCi takes pride in her job, her patients, and the families of her patients. No matter what she was facing in the other rooms, she never brought that to our room. She kept the room and patient clean, and she was great to all his visitors. We have been here 10 days so far and only had her for 2 or 3 days, but we wished for her every day. 

My kids were a wreck during all of this, and she even made them feel comfortable. We weren’t sure if my husband would pull through with lots of ups and downs, which was very hard on me and my family, but she took the time to reassure us and still took care of him. 

She always went above and beyond for us and my husband. She is amazing and one of the best nurses we've ever met. We truly love her.
