Christy has been our CNC for many years now and recently has been filling the role of Interim Manager for Outpatient Services. During this time, she has had to step outside of her comfort zone and manage departments that she was not familiar in. Christy has dedicated a lot of time to understand how each department functions. Christy has always been a go-to resource as an RN.

You could say that Christy is our “Mama” for our department. Christy also creates a safe and trusting environment for all of us. She makes us feel valued and heard daily. I love coming to work because of the environment, and Christy has played a huge part creating this environment for us.

Christy shares the same values in creating a safe environment for our patients, to the point all the patients have been asking, “Where’s Christy.” Needless to say, we have some big shoes to fill when we get Christy’s regular patients. Christy loves her job and she shows that daily!
