What truly distinguishes Christine is her ability to lead with heart. She inspires rather than pressures, guides rather than dictates, and treats every individual equally regardless of role, background, or nationality.
Ms. Christine Divinagracia, Clinical Nurse Coordinator of the Outpatient Department, exemplifies leadership that goes far beyond titles and administrative responsibilities. She is not only a leader but a mentor, advocate, caregiver, and a constant source of strength and inspiration for everyone around her.

Christine’s leadership is grounded in empathy, fairness, integrity, and unwavering dedication. She consistently advocates for both patients and staff, ensuring that everyone feels supported, respected, and valued. Under her guidance, the Outpatient Department has become a place of encouragement, unity, and compassion, an environment that directly translates into improved patient care and meaningful outcomes.

What truly distinguishes Christine is her ability to lead with heart. She inspires rather than pressures, guides rather than dictates, and treats every individual equally regardless of role, background, or nationality. When a leader leads with compassion, the team follows with excellence, and Christine embodies this truth every day.
I personally experienced the profound impact of her leadership. I worked as a hemodialysis nurse for six years and, at one point, mistakenly believed that OPD nursing was less meaningful. Christine completely changed my perspective. She taught me the true essence of nursing, that no matter where we serve, we remain nurses with purpose.

My first six months in OPD were some of the most difficult moments of my professional and personal life. I was unmotivated, withdrawn, and struggling to find joy in my work. During that time, I faced a personal crisis so overwhelming that I considered leaving my job, returning home to the Philippines. She went far beyond her role as a leader. She cared for me as family, bringing me hot chocolate after nights of tears, cooking for me in the accommodation, checking on me daily both at work and at home.

Christine ensured I was never alone, She joined me for meals and coffee breaks, supported me spiritually by adjusting my schedule so I could perform my first Umrah, and helped me find a hospital where my surgery could be covered by insurance, just as she had done for another colleague in need, For an entire year, she showed me consistent kindness, patience, and unconditional support.

She helped me rediscover my purpose, reminding me why I chose nursing in the first place. Today, I am pursuing my Master’s degree. Christine encouraged me to invest in my education, adjusted my work schedule to accommodate weekend classes, and believed in me even when I doubted myself. Her faith in my potential gave me the confidence to keep growing, personally, professionally, and spiritually.
