She went above and beyond routine care to ensure my comfort and well-being.

A notable example of this was her initiative in arranging an air mattress for me, which significantly improved my hospital experience. This thoughtful action highlighted her ability to anticipate patient needs and address them proactively. She was in tune with my behavior. She witnessed me smile and cry and listened to every word I said with compassion. In addition to her exemplary patient care, I witnessed firsthand Christina mentoring new nurses on the floor.
