1st Nomination
The staff from emergency to security were all super amazing. Our happy stay was a combined effort on everyone's part. Beautifully executed, our daytime head nurse, Christian, was thorough, attentive, and proactive in his proceedings. The staff supporting him is most outstanding as well. After four visits to Los Robles, I felt no one listened to me or heard what I knew. It was a godsend to have landed at your doorstep. Christian stayed on top of everything. His confidence and competence made me feel my father was safe and secure in his capable hands. I can't say enough about everyone here at St John's. God Bless.

2nd Nomination 
Christian demonstrated great bedside manner. He was very attentive to my father’s needs. Plus, he was very attentive to my mom, too, who visited with dad all day. Christian explained what was going on with my dad’s care. He not only explained it to me in English but patiently explained it to my parents in Spanish. Christian is very friendly, kind, patient, compassionate a wonderful nurse and great asset to St. John’s Regional Medical Center.
