Today Christi showed outstanding respect and compassion for a patient and his family in a way that proves we as BayCare are the best ICU around. I also watched her take excellent care for not only the patient but the patient's parents. Our patent was CMO and had fought a long hard battle with cancer and now dealing with death recently in her own family she was so courageous today! She took charge and made this family feel so taken care of when the hospice plan fell through. Thanks to her supportive nursing style this family and the patient's father said, "we are in love with all of you here!"
