My brother was in the ICU, and he unfortunately passed away. Chelsea made the situation as easy as it could be. She made sure my nephew got pieces of his dad's hair and printed his heartbeat out on a strip. She made us feel like my brother was her only patient.

At one point she was so attentive and kind you would have thought she was a part of our family. She hugged my sister and me and consoled us as we cried. I’m still sitting in the waiting area as I write this because that's how much I think she deserves the DAISY Award.  I couldn’t imagine having a different nurse during this situation.
